This website does not use cookies and does not embed any analytics or tracking scripts in your browser. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the site is accessed, the provider processes technically necessary connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested) for a short period in order to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

4. Contact form

The details you enter (name, email and/or phone, message) are transmitted to me by email solely to process your enquiry and are not stored in a database on the server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Advertising performance measurement (Google Ads)

If you reach this website via a Google ad, Google appends a click identifier (»gclid«) to the target URL. When you submit the contact form, this identifier is logged on the server together with the source page and transmitted – without your name, email address or message – to Google to measure advertising success (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). No cookies are set and no data is stored in your browser for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in evaluating the effectiveness of advertising. A transfer to the USA (Google LLC) cannot be excluded; this is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. You may object to this processing at any time at martin@mkl-akustik.de.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
